BRoTHER: Intensive course in immunochemistry, biobanking and personalised medicine
In the week 19th – 23th March 2018 the student exchange program was organised by University Hospital and Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, Charles University.
The aim of the program was to introduce students from University Regensburg and Technical University of Munich and provide them with basic immunochemical methods in the laboratories of University Hospital and Faculty of Medicine. An important part of the program was practical training, discussions and introduction to the oncological research realised at University Hospital. The course was lectured by prof. O. Topolčan, assoc. prof. R. Kučera, assoc. prof. M. Pešta, Dr. M. Karlíková, assoc. prof. J. Kinkorová and the team of immunochemical laboratory, University Hospital Pilsen. Based on students ‘evaluation the course was excellent, comprehensive and helpful and we all are looking forward to our next meeting at summer school organised by University Regensburg in June 2018.
